Since the onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been more of an influx of media-based articles than academic-based ones due to the fact of the then constant changes in institutional circumstances.
This article discusses that since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, mental health challenges have arisen for college students. Multiple stressors were identified that contributed to the increased levels of stress, anxiety, and depressive thoughts among students.
